Due to the planning, scheduling, and vendor coordination involved in reserving event dates, Legacy Events upholds a strict booking and refund policy.
All deposits are non-refundable once an event date has been secured.
Deposits are required to reserve the venue and are used to:
• Block and secure the event date on our calendar
• Cover administrative and preparation costs
• Begin event coordination and planning
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may qualify for a partial refund at management’s discretion, this does not include administrative and reservation fees.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled event date are non-refundable due to the reservation of the date and operational commitments made in preparation for the event.
When possible, Legacy Events may offer a one-time reschedule credit instead of a refund.
Rescheduling is subject to date availability and must be approved by management
No refunds will be issued for:
• Same-day cancellations
• Failure to use the reserved event space
• Guests or clients leaving the event early
• A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure any event date.
• Final balances must be paid according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposits are non-refundable once a date is reserved.
• Payments made toward events may be subject to the cancellation terms outlined in the

• Legacy Events reserves the right to issue rescheduling credits instead of refunds when
appropriate.
